Outside Germany the rules and prices by DHL are ridiculously high: It has to be a package and postage is 16,00 €!
Return Policy: CD's are being sent in a special jiffy bag CD envelope as a common letter.

Damage or loss during shipment are at risk of the buyer, but to date I've never had complaints about it. The standard jewel case is easily replaceable by the buyer, should it be broken.
